The Eel lounge chair was born out of the idea of making a sculptural and timeless piece, one that brings depth and character to a space, both visually and conceptually. Its fluid curvaceous form draws inspiration from the graceful movement of an eel gliding through water, resulting in a design that feels both dynamic and serene. More than just seating, it acts as a focal point that adds a sense of presence and quiet elegance to a space.

Materials

Our products are made from a wood composite consisting of industrial waste from the Nordic and Baltic forest industries and recycled biodegradable biopolymers. The material has a smooth surface with a natural look and feel, and a low carbon footprint. It even has a mild wood-like smell when you get close to it. The material can be coloured with naturally sourced color pigments, or even painted, oiled and sanded like wood. However, we do not treat our furniture in order to make it easier to recycle.

Our products are 3D-printed using recycled and bio-based materials. This entails that slight variations in colour and texture is natural and the differences make each piece truly unique.

Upholstery: Chalet- Astrid textiles. Linen and wool mix.

Care Guide

For dusting and light cleaning use a soft, dry cloth. For further cleaning use a damp cloth with mild soap, repeat the process with clean water. Be aware that exposure to direct sunlight may fade the colour of the product over time.

Textile: The cushions are not suitable for outdoor use. The cover can be taken off and if needed, dry cleaned. Please send us a request if you want to purchase new fabric or cushions.
